We recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex and Hampshire area. There is plenty of off road parking to the left hand side of the house. There is a train station in Emsworth (1.3 miles away), which connects Portsmouth, Chichester and London.
