Just a short walk from the cottage, you’ll find the famous Fishbourne Roman Palace – the largest residential Roman building discovered in Britain – as well as a friendly local pub and scenic walks along the coastal path. Chichester city centre is only 5 minutes away by car or a leisurely cycle, offering a fantastic mix of high street and independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and the renowned Festival Theatre. The area is also ideal for exploring the stunning South Downs National Park, with endless walking and cycling trails. The beautiful beaches of West Wittering, Bracklesham Bay, and East Head are just 20 minutes away, perfect for a seaside day out. For motorsport and horse racing fans, Goodwood is right on your doorstep, and the nearby Bosham and Dell Quay harbours offer idyllic spots for crabbing, kayaking, or waterside dining.
Getting Around

Lovely home! Super clean, lovely space and amazing hot tub - book here for your next holiday!!

We were a party of 8 (4adults and 4under 10s) great layout. Had two living rooms which was great. We stayed in Feb but I can imagine the place is amazing in the summer. Great location and lots to do.
