Neighborhood

Welcome to the heart of Chichester. This city centre home-from-home really is a great place for a group of up to six to base yourselves while visiting or working in this popular area of Southern England. You’ll be just one minute’s walk from all the shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and coffee shops that make Chichester High Street such a big draw.

The Chichester Festival Theatre is just a short walk from the house, so if you have booked tickets for a performance at the venue, why not really make a night or weekend of it by all booking to stay here? It’ll make getting to the show and back easy.

Other things to do in the local area, include:

Goodwood Festival Of Speed – this always popular annual event attracts motoring fans from all over the world. Book to stay here and you’ll be a short cab ride from the track.

Glorious Goodwood Horse Racing – Another must-see on the British sporting calendar. There are also regular race meetings at the course from May to October.

Bracklesham Bay Beach / West Wittering Beach – it’ll be a shame to stay so close to the sea without paying the beach a visit. These are two places nearby that offer up a great spot to enjoy being by the south coast.

Transit

Located within easy walking distance of Chichester Railway Station, and with free parking for a small car, this 3 bed house is ideally located if you’re using public transport to get here or your own car.

The train station is somewhere you can easily reach from London and other locations across the south of England, including Portsmouth, Southampton, and Brighton. If you are driving, the A27 which spans East and West Sussex gives you an easy way to reach Chichester by road.

Once you’re settled into the house, you’ll find so much within easy walking distance you’ll probably be able to forget about the car. You can even order cabs or use buses to explore the area.
