This lovely coastal home sits within the peaceful Felpham Beach Estate, just moments from the sea. Step outside and in a few minutes you’ll be strolling along the promenade, perfect for morning walks, bike rides, or catching a sunset over the water. Along the promenade you’ll find plenty to explore, from classic seaside cafés and ice cream huts to Bognor Regis’ traditional arcades and beachside entertainment.
A short walk takes you into Felpham village, a charming spot with historic character, a Norman church, local pubs, convenience shops, and family-run restaurants. For more variety, Bognor Regis town centre is nearby with its larger choice of dining, shopping and coastal attractions.
When you’re ready to explore further afield, the South Downs National Park is just a short drive away for scenic walks and cosy countryside pubs. Goodwood is around 20 minutes by car and hosts world-famous events including the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
Take a leisurely coastal drive to the Witterings for golden sandy beaches or to historic Chichester, where you can enjoy boutique shopping, the cathedral, and the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre.
