Neighborhood
Sea Anchor sits within the peaceful Felpham Beach Estate, just moments from the sea with its extensive sandy beach and rock pools. Step outside and in a few minutes you’ll be strolling along the promenade, perfect for morning walks, bike rides or catching a sunset. Along the promenade you’ll find plenty to explore. To the East is Felpham’s classic seaside cafés and ice cream huts, and further along Bognor Regis’ traditional arcades and beachside entertainment. Head west for a lovely seafront walk to the Middleton greensward areas and extensive beaches towards Elmer sands.
Inland, a short walk takes you to Felpham village, a charming spot with historic fishermen’s cottages, a Norman church, local pubs, convenience shops and family-run restaurants, including the award winning Fino’s (Sussex 2025 Restaurant of the Year). For more variety, Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton are all a short drive away with a wide range of eateries, shops and tourist attractions, including well renowned golf courses and theatres.
Goodwood Estate and the South Downs National Park, with its scenic walks and numerous cosy countryside pubs, is around 20 minutes away by car. Goodwood is home to world-famous annual events, including the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Horse Racing.
For a complete change of pace, take a leisurely (15 minutes) drive to the historic hillside town of Arundel, with its impressive cathedral and Norman castle, beautiful Arun riverside areas including Wetlands Trust and Lido, numerous antique shops, galleries, pubs and eateries.
All in all, Sea Anchor is the perfect base for exploring the very best of this West Sussex coastline, with an array of beaches, characterful towns and countryside nearby.

Transit
With up to 3 cars in private driveway parking and easy access routes, driving to the house is the best option.
Bognor Regis and Barnham stations are however within easy reach (10 mins) with connections to many other locations near and far across southern England and direct trains to London Gatwick (1 hour) and London Victoria (1hr 30m).
