Head west along the coast and you’ll reach Felpham’s lively promenade with its classic seaside cafés, fish and chips, and the traditional attractions of Bognor Regis a little further on. Walk east and you’ll discover the natural beauty of Elmer Sands, a favourite spot for beachcombing and enjoying big skies and sea air in peace.

Within a short stroll you’ll find Middleton’s village centre with a well-stocked convenience store, bakery, pub and a selection of local eateries. Transit

Driving to the house is the best option, as it will give you plenty of freedom to explore the local area. There is plenty of parking spac in the driveway.

Bognor Regis and Barnham stations are however within easy reach (10 mins) with connections to many other locations near and far across southern England and direct trains to London Gatwick (1 hour) and London Victoria (1hr 30m).

The hot tub carries a £150 surcharge and needs to be requested and paid for in advance. This covers a full drain, clean and refill between guests which we are strictly advised to do by government standards.
