Warm and cosy in winter, bright and breezy in summer – every season here has its own magic.

A Home with History

Between 1967 and 1972, Beauty Point was known locally as “The Pink House” and was owned by Pink Floyd’s manager, Steve O’Rourke. The original train carriages have been part of the property for decades, forming the heart of this iconic seaside home.

Today, it remains a place for creativity, connection and unforgettable coastal stays.

Beauty Point sits directly on the seafront in East Wittering, just 400 metres from the village centre, where you’ll find:

Transit

With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. But once you’re here, you might find that you can leave the car parked up. So much is within easy walking distance, including the beach, cafes and grocery stores.

There are local bus services that connect you to West Wittering and Chichester. Or you can hire local cabs to get you where you need to go.

Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth, and London.
