Neighborhood
This home is perfectly located in the peaceful coastal enclave of Middleton-on-Sea, known for its quieter stretches of beach, relaxed family atmosphere and wide greensward areas ideal for picnics, ball games or simply watching the waves roll in. Just a few minutes from your door, you can wander down to the shingle and sand shoreline for refreshing morning swims, scenic strolls or lazy afternoons paddling and rock-pooling.
Head west along the coast and you’ll reach Felpham’s lively promenade with its classic seaside cafés, fish and chips, and the traditional attractions of Bognor Regis a little further on. Walk east and you’ll discover the natural beauty of Elmer Sands, a favourite spot for beach combing and enjoying big skies and sea air in peace.
Within a short stroll you’ll find Middleton’s village centre with a well-stocked convenience store, bakery, pub and a selection of local eateries. For broader choice, Littlehampton is an easy 10–15 minute drive away, offering the award-winning East Beach, vibrant harbour area, riverside walking routes and an exciting mix of cafés, bars, independent shops and the modern Littlehampton Wave leisure centre.
If you fancy a day of sightseeing, the historic city of Chichester, the characterful market town of Arundel and the charming harbour village of Bosham are all close by. Golf enthusiasts will find several great courses in the area, and the South Downs National Park provides endless countryside adventure, from hiking trails to cosy village pubs.
For world-class events, Goodwood is within around 20 minutes by car, hosting the iconic Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and seasonal horse racing.
Transit
Driving to the house is the best option, as it will give you plenty of freedom to explore the local area. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway.
Bognor Regis and Barnham train stations are within easy reach (10 mins) with connections to many other locations near and far across southern England and direct trains to Chichester, London Gatwick (1 hour) and London Victoria (1hr 30m).
