You’re a short drive from Chichester, the Witterings and Goodwood, with a village pub within easy walking distance.

We will be accessible between 7am and 11pm for our guests via phone, text or the platform you booked on’s app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every enquiry.

Transit

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. With electric entry gates vehicle are secure, and the ample driveway offers plenty of room for parking.

Although this property sleeps 14, one bedroom has 2 x children’s bunks. As such a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children are able to stay.
