The Village of Dell Quay
Down the road from Fresh Air’s offices is the small hamlet of Dell Quay. Home to a popular waterside pub and a busy marina, this picturesque village is a hot spot for sailors, walkers and those simply after lunch with a view.
The Crown and Anchor
With plenty of outside seating for summertime drinking, and fireplaces and cosy nooks for the colder months, this traditional pub ticks all the boxes. With a focus on local seafood and real ales, a pop-up outdoor bar during the summer months and unbeatable views across the harbour, Dell Quay sets the bar high.
While parking can be tricky during popular holiday dates, there is the option to park at Chichester Marina and walk to Dell Quay along the foreshore.
Dell Quay Sailing Club
Dell Quay Sailing Club is a relaxed sailing club for families, couples and individuals who enjoy taking to the water. With easy access to the sheltered waters of Chichester Harbour and the Solent, Dell Quay is an ideal holiday location for those keen to explore this coastal area by boat or kayak. Reach Chichester Marina, Hayling Island, East Head and many more beautiful spots by the water. There are boat tours available and it has a floating pontoon, which serves as a great launch for paddleboarders. The clubhouse has superb views across the harbour and holds events throughout the year.
