The annexe owners live in the adjoining house. While you have your own entrance and the home is private, there may be some inherent living noise on occasion.

This home is nestled away in the picturesque coastal village of Bosham, about 5 miles from Chichester. Across all seasons, guests can go for a stroll along the coastal line and admire the views of the harbour and boats passing by.
The local train station, coffee shops and restaurants are all within a short walk or drive away.
For a day out, make sure to visit the Chichester city centre for a day of shopping or to explore historic attractions such as the Chichester cathedral or Fishbourne Roman Palace.

Access

This property adjoins to the owners house. While there may be the some inherent living noise on occasion, the annexe has a separate entrance, garden and parking space and your privacy will be respeacted.
