Space

As soon as you enter Swallow, you’ll feel instantly at home. Cosy but spacious, this loft studio offers stylish and light open-plan living. A perfect base to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Sink into the sofa with a glass of wine and a good book at the end of your day, or enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to prepare breakfast, light meals and snacks. There is a combi-microwave and two ring induction hob, with pot, pans, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers.

The stylish bedroom has a king-size bed that can transform into a twin on request. With ample draw space and a roomy wardrobe, unpack and make yourself at home.

The fully-tiled bathroom has a huge walk-in shower to freshen up after a day at the beach. There is a hair dryer for your convenience.

Transit

The studio is set off the main road heading into West Wittering. Having a car will give you the most freedom to explore the area but you can walk to the village via a safe country lane. There is a bus stop nearby that connects Chichester, West Wittering and East Wittering.

Neighborhood

West Wittering village is a quiet, residential seaside village. Although its popular beach attracts many visitors, parking is well managed and the village itself remains peaceful.

The Wittering pub is a couple of minutes drive from the studio and serves delicious food and drink. With private, heated beach huts in the beer garden, you can enjoy alfresco dining even on chillier nights.

The Landing serves good coffee, yummy pastries and ice cream, and is found just by the beach entrance.

There is also a very well-stocked corner shop and off-licence in the village, just a couple of minutes drive from the studio.

Head to East Wittering village to discover a wide choice of gift shops, cafes and restaurant.

Access

The studios are part of a residential family home. The owners live on site, so can help guests with queries/ advice as needed. The owners will meet you upon arrival and show you around.

House Rules

No unregistered guests allowed.
Please don’t eat in the bedrooms.
We operate a quiet hours policy between 10pm – 8am.
Please respect the noise curfew. This is a quiet residential area with neighbours next door.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings.
You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
