★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★

Feel the warm sea breeze by stepping out to the spacious patio with views out to the ocean. Take a deep breath of sea air and relax with a good book, morning coffee, or a cold drink at sunset. You’ll never get bored gazing out at the endless views! There is no public footpath along this part of the sea wall, so you have ultimate privacy for sun bathing and al fresco dining.

Please note that there is wire fencing for safety along the sea wall, but children should always be supervised outside to prevent climbing.

★ PARKING ★

There are two designated parking spaces at The Sea House. Additional cars can park on the road for free.

Transit

Selsey is located about eight miles south of Chichester, at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula.
By Car: The house is around two hours from London.
By Train: The nearest train station is Chichester Station which is around 20-minutes from the property. There is a regular bus service to Selsey.
By Air: The nearest airport is London, Gatwick which is around 1 ½ hrs from the house.

Notes

★ WINDOW PROTECTORS ★

The house is so close to the sea that on very rare occasions, where strong winds are forecast, see through mesh screens are fitted on some windows to prevent damage to the glass.

★ BEACH ACCESS AND CHILDREN ★

There is no direct beach access from the house. Safe access to the beach is a 2 minute walk via the slipway. Rear garden is fully fenced but children should ALWAYS be supervised near sea wall to prevent climbing.

★ DOGS ★

A maximum of two small dogs are welcome at the house. Please keep dogs off furniture and clean up after them.

★ BUILDING WORK NEXT DOOR ★

The home next door is undergoing some renovations. While the main work is complete, there is ongoing building work, which may cause some noise at times. This should not have an impact on your stay but we like guests to be aware of this activity.
All outdoor work should be completed by 19/9/24. After this noise will be at a minimum.
