The annexe also has its own decking with seating for you to enjoy a coffee or cold drink in the sunshine.

Selsey is located about eight miles south of Chichester, at the southernmost point of the Manhood Peninsula.
By Car: The house is around two hours from London.
By Train: The nearest train station is Chichester Station which is around 20-minutes from the property. There is a regular bus service to Selsey.
By Air: The nearest airport is London, Gatwick which is around 1 ½ hrs from the house.

You access the annexe via the side of the owner’s home. The annexe is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.
