Neighborhood

West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches on the UK’s south coast. And this home puts you within easy walking distance of it. The property is situated in a quiet residential road.

Whether you’re staying to explore the surrounding area or relax, you’ll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance, so you can stock up the fridge, freezer and cupboards in the house with your favourites. And there’s a pub close by too, great for soaking up the sun in the pub garden or enjoying dinner out.

East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You’ll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops. You can walk to the village in 25 mins or drive in less than 5 minutes.

The biggest local city, Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.

Sporting events: There are two horse racing courses that can be easily reached from the house, Fontwell and Goodwood, with the latter also playing host to the annual Festival of Speed and Revival in September.

If you’re into walking, beautiful countryside and coastal paths can be reached on foot from the house. Or a few miles to the north, you’ll find The South Downs, great for picturesque walks, hikes and bike rides.
